In this class you and your partner will walk away with the ability to: * Prepare a badass hospital bag (if you're having a hospital birth) * Utilize different positions for labor and birth in order to help baby be born! * Understand labor and birth interventions in all birth settings (hospitals, birth centers, and home births) and choose the ones that meet your needs * Choose your labor and birth preferences * Write your birth plan * Understand all newborn interventions and decide which ones are right for you and your baby
