From Birth Notification to Returned Capsules
Contact Carla for Collection
Once your baby arrives, send Carla a message to coordinate pickup within 24 hours of birth. Collection hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Have a medium-size cooler ready for your hospital or birth-center stay. Your birth location can provide ice upon request.
Plan for Preparation & Delivery
Encapsulated placenta is ready within five days of pickup. Read the dosage and storage instructions included with your capsules when they arrive.
Timing for other preparations may differ. Ask about your selected products when making your arrangements.

Can I arrange collection after a Broward home birth?
Yes, home births are included in the service area. Explain your plans when you inquire and discuss the pickup address directly with Carla.
Can I inquire close to my due date?
